Michael was originally born and spent his childhood years in Boston, MA. Upon graduating from high school, he enlisted and served 20 years honorably in the United States Marine Corps retiring as a Master Sergeant. Michael is a member of Phi Theta Kappa pursuing a degree in Organizational Management.
Michael has lived in Arizona for 16 years and the Southwest Valley has been his favorite place to live and raise his two sons. He brings an unparallel work ethic, high level of integrity and professionalism that is a perfect fit for the “Krone Team’s “Integrity Based…Service Driven” philosophy. He takes pride in providing his executive level service to all past, present and future clients of the Krone Team.
Claudia Malanche Morris
Licensed Listing Assistant & Short Sale Processor
Born and raised in Arizona, Claudia grew up in the Northwest Valley then moved to the Goodyear Area in 1999. She has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1997 while also moonlighting as a computer technician for Glendale Community College for 5 years until 2003. Claudia has one son who is being raised in the same area as Claudia’s roots and will be a second-generation Arizonian!
After experiencing a great closing with an educated and cheery agent at Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners Claudia joined forces with The Krone Team at Keller Williams in early 2010 as a Licensed Listing Assistant. Claudia now heads up the Short Sale Department and handles all the negotiations for The Krone Team. Being a native of Arizona, Claudia takes the responsibility of saving other Arizona homeowners from foreclosure very personally. She is a very valued member of The Krone Team.
