The Krone Team Welcomes Janet McGee as the Transaction Coordinator 

This 1991 Agua Fria graduate understands the importance and value of making a house a home. She’s spent the last 20 years raising four children in Texas and California where she began in Property Management and Beach Vacation Rentals. Since moving home to Goodyear two years ago, she has worked with some of the West Valley’s top real estate producers and has experienced the in’s and out’s of Short Sales, Land, and REO’s. We are proud to call her the Transaction Coordinator of The Krone Team where she continues to demonstrates her determination, provide knowledge, and support of not only the team but with her children, friends, and clients.

PLEASE HELP! I’m going to bowl 100 frames for Veterans and I need your pledge!

I’m on the Leadership Team of the Keller Williams Realty 1^stAnnual Just1Home 100 Frame Bowl-A-Mania which is undertaking a significant fundraising campaign this spring.

On March 18^th I will risk total arm, leg, and back fatigue while bowling 100 frames (10 complete games) all to help make a difference for Just1Home and the Veterans they serve.  The mission of Just1Home is to provide safe, comfortable, short and medium-term housing to Veterans experiencing financial hardship due to illness and other challenges brought on by their service.  The housing units will comfortably accommodate a Veteran and their spouse, or other caretaker and will come complete with all of life’s necessities.  In addition, the home will be in close proximity to the VA Hospital where medical care is close by.

I’m asking for your pledge.  Please sponsor me for $5, $4, $3, $2, or $1 per frame.  I assure you I will only bowl 100 frames so if you would like to pledge a flat amount, in any increment, that would be fine too.  My personal goal is to raise $25 per frame ($2,500).

Just reply by e-mail (info@kroneteam.com) with your 100% tax -deductible pledge, include your full name, address, preferred email address and telephone number so I can input your pledge in our tracking system.  Once I have added you to my list of sponsors you will receive an email of thanks with further instructions to fulfill your pledge.
